The Call of The Wild

                The story is about a dog named Buck. Buck had a nice easy life easy life in California. Then Buck was betrayed and sold to some guy in Alaska to pull a dog sledge. After being sold he had to move to Alaska and was kept in captivity. Buck lived in a small wooden cage. He worked hard every day in the rain, snow, and the mud, pulling the dog sledge.

                Buck was forced to work pulling a dog sledge. For days he was beaten and starved. When they stopped, Buck and the other dogs dropped to the ground in exhaustion. Buck and the other dogs were tired and couldn’t get up. Their master beat them to keep going. Their master whipped the dogs to get up. All of them got up but Buck who was still lying down. Buck was beaten with the whip but he would not get up.

                When the dog sledge stopped they were by John Thornton’s camp. When John saw the man whipping Buck, John threatened to kill the man if he whipped him again. John cut Buck’s harness from the sled. John help Buck recover his health.

                When spring came Buck’s strength slowly recovered. When Buck’s strength is fully recovered, would like to go and run around. Every few nights he would a wolf in the trees, they would ran around together. One night the wolf lead Buck into a trap, the wolf lead Buck to a pack of wolves. They attack Buck, would Buck get out or would he die?
