“What would you do if you could not
see your future?” Natalie is a fourteen-year-old girl. She is a great student,
has lots of friends and a Loving family. Her life may seem perfect but a visit
to the eye doctor reveals that she will soon go blind, she is devastated. Going
blind is not the only bad new she got, she is also getting sent off to blind
school. She will learn skills that she will need to survive. She does what she
is told, she desperately hopes for a miracle that will save her sight. Natalie
must decide how to go on when her future isn't what she expected.
Natalie just wishes that she could
take the eye drops that her doctor told her to. She thought her eyes would heal. Nope the eye drops make
her eye site worse. She does not believe it’s the eye drops so she keeps taking
them. Her parents warned her but she just would not listen.
How
would you feel if you thought you had a perfect life then everything started
going downhill? How would you feel if you had to leave everything you love
behind to go to some blind school? How would you feel if you could never see
your future?
This book sounds so good. I love your ending it was really good. I want to read it now.
