Between the shades of gray

    The Lithuanians life's were worth a pocket watch. Lina was getting ready for art school, life was nice and sweet till she got a knock on the door. The  NKVD had come to take Lina and her family, her dad was missing. Lina and her brother Jonas had to pack her whole life up in twenty minuets. Their Mother was about looking pretty. She got slapped and beaten and still had to worry about looking pretty. Lina and her family was put on a train and she met a boy named Andrais and started to fall in love with him. Will they return home? Will they find papa? Will love keep them alive? Where will the NKVD take them?
