          The Ransom of Mercy Carter by Caroline B. Cooney is about a girl named Mercy Carter and her village Deerfield when Indians attack kill all the soldiers and take most of Deerfield captive. They are either going to be made slaves or to be ransomed by Boston.
          Slowly she is beginning to forget about Deerfield and to be more Indian. Will she be ransomed by Boston or will she be stuck in an Indian village for the rest of her life? Find out by reading this book to find out what will happen.

    There's not many details at all i think the book sounds good i wish there was more detail to explain the book.
