Caleb Becker was living a popular teenage boy life. He was a
football player, had a girlfriend (who was a cheerleader), and a picture perfect
family. Maggie Armstrong was not really popular, but she didn’t mind. She was
the star tennis player on the team, had the best of friend and her secret, long-time

One night Caleb wouldn’t have guessed that nothing would be
the same when he left a party drunk. He gets behind the wheel of his car and
hits someone, Maggie. The crime was a hit a run which mad the judge even madder
and gave Caleb 3 extra months to his sentence. Caleb had a year in jail and Maggie
had months of physical therapy.
After a year of juvenile jail, Caleb can finally go home. In
his small town, Paradise, the people were not comfortable when he returned. He thought
everything would have stayed the same but everyone; the town’s people, his girlfriend,
and his family all acted like strangers.
Maggie and Caleb realize that they were the imperfect and

night of the accident, and then again everything changes. Caleb and Maggie have
to face a tortuous journey, but they end up with the only thing that finds them
