Fatality

Fatality
By: Caroline B. Cooney
Rose Lymond 15 years old, honor student, baby sitter, field hockey star, and camp counselor, was part of something she didn’t want to be part of. Rose was at Anjelica Lofft’s house when Milton Lofft’s, Anjelica’s father, business partner was murdered. Everyone thinks it was Mr. Lofft, but it was never proved so the case was closed. Four years later the police found a small piece of evidence, Rose’s journal.
Rose had a major secret in her journal about something she herd that frightful weekend, and she wasn’t about to let anybody know. As the police sat inside her house Rose stole the police car and destroyed the important pages in the journal. That perfect girl with good grades and respectable friends was now a delinquent. She stayed silent not telling the police a thing. Soon the police started questioning Roses friends trying to see if Rose told them anything. It turns out two people read the diary and both stayed silent.
Rose runs into a lot of trouble including the murderer from that night. She is face with challenges, she is almost killed more than once. The real questions are who is Rose protecting? What will happen to Rose? Was Milton Lofft the real murder or was it someone closer to Rose? What secret is Rose keeping from everyone?

  1. This book sounds really good. I loved the detail in the book review. Another thing I liked how you told us at the beginning what she does as a person.

  6. Very nice detail, but what do you think about the book yourself? Was it O.K, or was it the greatest book you've ever read?

  7. Good job! You had very nice detail but you didn't state your opinion. Other than that it was great.

  9. Your review sounded really good, but you kind of repeated yourself at the end. But other than that it was really good.
