This book is about  a young boy named Sam, who was diagnosed with leukemia  at a young age. While Sam was in the hospital he meat his best friend Felix who was alsoed diagnosed with leukemia.felix and Sam are home schooled because they are still to sick to go back to regular school.while  there in school they come up with an idea to write a book on how it feels  to be sick. This book that they have  diceded to write tells all about the flaus and even some of the benefits to the sickness.They also write down some of there quistions like how it feels to die or what's it like to meat God.the one question is do they get over the sicknesses or do they both die.

This book is an emotional and amazing book.It has a whole bunch of emotions like heartbreak, happy times or memories,and love or your family or someone who feels like family.I highly recommend this book to every one.
