In The fourth book,
Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight are starting to slowly drift apart. Brambleclaw
doesn’t understand why Squirrelflight has such a problem with him seeing his
half- brother, Hawkfrost. Meanwhile Leafpaw, later on known as Leafpool, has
her own problems. The medicine cats haven’t gotten any sign form Starclan to
tell them where the new substitute for Moonstone will be. Along with that
Leafpaw is starting to fall in love with a Windclan warrior, Crowfeather. “I
can’t fall in love, I’m a medicine cat,” she keeps telling herself. But will
she be able to fight it off? What about Brambleclaw and Squirrelflight? Will
they be able to get along again?
