Treys new role lead him traveling with Luke's brother. When they find their way to the population police headquarters. Trey attempts to impersonate an officer to try to rescue Luke. After they rescue Luke they go back to the school. When they get there they try to rescue of their good friends Mr. Talbot that was injured in the attempt to rescue Luke.
The nurse at the school is Mr. Talbots wife. This school they go to is a school meant for all third children who get fake IDs so they are able to go out in the public. Will Luke and Trey be able to convince the population police to change the rule for third children or not?
Ive been looking for the next book in the serieds, Ive read the first one and it was really good.
