Vietnam
The book I read was called Vietnam
book 2 out of 4 the book series is about four friends that just graduated high
school and they made a pledge to each other “that if one of them gets drafted
into the Vietnam war that the rest of them would enlist in the military”. The four
friends have a place that they meet at every might it is on top of a big hill. So
one night they all meet at the spot and one of the friends (Rudi) comes up to
the hill holding a piece of paper, and he is crying. They ask him what is wrong
and he shows them the paper and he got drafted. So the next day the rest of the
friends enlisted.
Sounds good, ill have to read it sometime
