Just like the book Hangman's Curse, it involves the same characters. Elijah, Elisha, and their parents are the main characters. This time, they have to test their faith and the truth while they are investigating this "Night-Mare Academy".  This is the last of the camps and all the people that have met the recruiter for the camps, know her by different names. She recruits the runaways to this camp. In order to figure out who everyone is and what is going on you have to read the first one.
