Promise not to tell is a book about a lady named Kate Cypher,who is 41 years old and a school nurse. Her mother has Alzheimer’s and lives in Vermont. When Kate returns back to Vermont the night she is there a little girl is murdered which brought her back to three decades earlier. Her friend Del-shunned by classmates as “Potato Girl” was killed. The killer was never found and her classmates then made up ghost stories talking about how the “Potato Girl” still haunts the woods and kills people looking for her killer. It is a great book to read so read it!!!
