among the betrayed

This story is about a girl named Nina who is a third child. Nina was thrown in  jail for being a third child with her true love Jason or at least she thought he was her true love. Jason was working for the population police trying to turn third children in. Once Nina was thrown in jail she was being questioned by a man that she called the hating man. while she was in jail she got one meal per day, which was a loaf of moldy  bread and some water. Each day the hating man would come in and question Nina. One day the man came in and showed her a tape recording of Jason, in this recording Jason was betraying Nina. One morning she was thrown in jail with three kids that were caught for being shadow children. Ninas job was to tell the hating man all about them so he could kill them but the question is does Nina betrayed the three kids or does she escape with them and go back to the place she calls safe.

 

 

This book is a must read it is full of sadness and joy. The book is also full of good memories and bad memories.
