Heartland
(Coming Home)
Lauren Brooke
Coming
home is a book about a family ranch. The charters are Amy
Fleming, Lou Fleming, Marian Fleming, Jack Bartlett, Syria, Ashley Grant, and
Ty Borden. The family ranch is called Heartland, a place where horses go to be
healed, rehomed, and learn to trust people again, after being beaten on.
One
day Amy and her friend, Syria, go up a trail on the mountains because Amy
wanted to show her a black stallion she had seen a few days before. When they reach the field the stallion was in
a few days before the horse was gone or so they thought. When they start to turn
around they hear a loud nay coming from a small barn. Amy hurries back home to
get her mom.
When Amy arrives home she hurries and gets
her mom. They both head up the mountain to get the black stallion. On their way
home something very bad happens but you will have to read the book to find out
what happens.
Next time tell a little more about the characters, like what roles they play in the story.
ReplyDeleteI like your ending it makes me want to read the book. I do think you could of talked about the characters a little more. Over all it was a pretty good book review.
ReplyDeleteYour beggining was good, but you lost me when you said read the book to find out more. You should try to include more about the plot line.

ReplyDeleteYou lost my interest when you abruptly ended the review. The rest of the review however was good. I will have to try out this book sometime.
ReplyDeleteit was a pretty good review, i wish you would have told more about the plot! I also think that the review ended too quick/fast.
