Hangman's Curse

Hangman’s Curse
By: Frank Peretti
In the book Hangman’s Curse, the setting begins at a football game. The Quarterback, Jim Boltz, started seeing things that weren’t there. That syndrome is called the Able Frye Syndrome. Jim Boltz sees a raven come out of a human. Able Frye is supposed to be the human with the raven coming out of him. After the kids hallucinate, they are taken to the hospital. Some of the victims even die.
At the school, Baker High School, the Able Frye Syndrome, has been going around the school. If someone had it, there would be a hangman carved in their locker. The mystery has to be solved by someone. Those people are Elisha and Elijah Springfield. They work perfectly for the job because they are in high school. In the end, they found out what caused the students to hallucinate.  It is the best book if you love mysteries. It keeps you on your toes wondering what is going to happen.
